Registration

The fee for the ReUso Association is compulsory for all and is intended for each individual author or participant, in attendance or not. The fee is 30 €.
Participation in the conference requires the completion of the Google Form registration form (accessible from here).
Participation will only be confirmed upon acceptance of the Full Paper and subsequent payment of the registration fee.
The fee includes registration to the conference, publication of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and the ReUso Association membership.

At least one registration fee must be paid for the publication of each contribution.

Early registration (by 16 June 30 June)
Ordinary registration fee: € 270.00
Reduced registration fee € 150.00 (students, PhD students and under 30s)
Accompanying, auditor fee: € 100.00

Full registration (from 16 June 30 June to 5 September)
Ordinary registration fee: € 300.00
Reduced registration fee: € 180.00 (students, PhD students and under 30s)
Accompanying, auditor fee: € 100.00

Registration Details for Authors with Multiple Contributions and Co-authors

  • Authors submitting two or more contributions are required to pay a fee of €270 for the first contribution and €100 for each additional one.

  • If two or more authors of the same contribution attend the conference in person, each author is required to pay the full fee of €270.

  • Co-authors who do not attend the conference in person but wish to receive the conference materials (conference kit and USB drive with proceedings) are required to pay a fee of €100.

Social Dinner
The social dinner is scheduled for October 30 and will take place at Ristorante Franco (Marina di Pescara tourist port, Lungomare Papa Giovanni XXIII, Pescara). The cost is €50.

The REUSO scientific committee recommends the payment of the 30 Euro membership fee also to co-authors of contributions who, although not attending in person, will be included in the association’s mailing list of events and will benefit from the rights of participation and voting, also online, at the members’ assembly.
